Hon. Alhaji Lusinee F. Kamara Sr. is the Founder, CEO, and President of King Sao Boso Kamara Hospital (KSBKH). A nationally respected leader with more than three decades of service in governance, finance, and private-sector development, he is recognized as one of Liberia’s most influential figures in post-war recovery and institutional transformation.
He established KSBKH as a modern healthcare institution committed to equitable access, strong governance, and compliance with international standards. His leadership integrates public-sector discipline, corporate innovation, and humanitarian vision, ensuring the hospital remains donor-ready, community-centered, and operationally resilient.
Hon. Kamara previously served as Minister of Finance, Minister of Commerce & Industry, and Speaker of the Transitional National Assembly, where he restored fiscal credibility, strengthened national institutions, and advanced economic stability. He also leads ENISUL Group of Companies, ACICO Insurance, and Songhay Travel Agency, demonstrating broad expertise in enterprise growth, risk management, and international logistics.
